This allows us to offer your spot to another client on our waiting list. 💖 Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. We use high-quality, specialty products and prepare individualized supplies for each appointment, so your deposit helps secure your spot and ensures we’re fully prepped for your service. 💖 Emergencies We know true emergencies happen. With documented medical or weather-related emergencies, we’re happy to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
